STUDENT TUITION PAYMENT AGREEMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. I agree to pay 50% of my tuition on or before I begin my lessons.
2. I agree to clear the remaining balance within the next three months of my tenure at Wild Encounter Safaris
3. I agree to pay my balance on time understanding that this means on or before the established due date.
4. If I am on a personalized payment plan, all my payment instalments will be made on time, meaning they are done on or before the due date I have established. My entire monthly tuition must be paid in full by the last business day of every month.
5. The full tuition amount must be cleared.
6. Tuition Payments received are first applied against the oldest outstanding amounts.

LATE PAYMENT POLICY
8. Penalty and Late Fee: If I fail to pay the full due amount on or before my last month of instalment, I agree to pay a late fee of 5% on the balance due. I understand that this late fee of 5% will be accumulating weekly until the day I pay the total dues.
9. When my monthly instalment is late, I shall inform the admin office and request a Late Payment Request form. I understand that I must await approval on my request for late payment.
10. After 7 business days of account delinquency without prior notification, I understand that my classes will be placed on hold and I will not be allowed to return until outstanding balance has been cleared.
11. Readmission withholding: I understand that if I have an outstanding tuition balance, I will not be able to enrol for any future classes until said balance is cleared.
